Privacy Policy
This page explains what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how to ask us to delete your data. It is general information, not legal advice.

What we collect
- Name and email — when you place an order, submit a quote, or send us an inquiry, so we can fulfil it and reply.
- Shipping address — to deliver physical orders.
- Order details — what you bought and any notes you send us.
We do not collect or store full payment card data (see Payments below).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under their security and privacy standards — we never see or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Analytics & cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular and where people get stuck). Clarity may set cookies and capture anonymized usage and interaction data. We use this only to improve the site, not to identify you personally. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Transactional email (order confirmations, return updates, replies to inquiries) is sent through Resend. Your name and email are shared with Resend solely to deliver these messages.
Third-party processors
We share the minimum data needed with the services that help us run the shop:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Microsoft Clarity — site analytics.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep order and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide support, honor returns and warranties, and meet basic accounting and legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
How to request deletion
To access or delete the personal data we hold about you, email hello@fursonasuit.com from the address on your order. We may need to keep limited records required for tax or legal reasons even after a deletion request.
