Terms of Service

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and charge your order; until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot ship to your location. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Shipping costs and timing are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes charged on arrival.

We do not sell counterfeit goods or stolen designs. Our first-party items are our own products; curated resale and maker listings are vetted. If you believe a listing infringes your work or character, email us and we will investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Some outbound links on FursonaSuit are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes our pricing or what we recommend.

We link to third-party makers and marketplaces. Purchases you make on those sites are governed by their terms and policies, not ours. We are not responsible for products, payments, shipping or disputes handled entirely on a third-party site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FursonaSuit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
