Shipping & Returns

We are a small shop and we ship honestly. Here is exactly what to expect on timing, costs, customs and returns — no fine-print surprises.

Shipping cost

We charge a flat $25 for international shipping, added automatically at checkout. There are no hidden handling fees on top of that.

Handling & delivery time

Most of our items are made-to-order or fulfilled from our supplier, so each order has two stages:

  • Handling: typically 2–5 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
  • Delivery: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch. Transit time varies by destination and by how long a parcel sits in customs, so treat these as estimates, not guarantees.

Larger or fully custom builds can take longer; if that applies to your order we will tell you the expected timeline before you pay.

Import duties & taxes

The $25 covers shipping only. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes your country charges on arrival. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund them.

Returns (14 days)

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused and unworn in their original condition. The buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the item price (the original $25 shipping is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns).

Hygiene items

For health and safety reasons, worn hygiene items cannot be returned unless they are defective. This includes anything worn against the skin — balaclava liners, paws, and similar items. If one of these arrives defective, we will of course make it right (see below).

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full — including shipping — at no cost to you. Please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can sort it out quickly.

How to start a return

Email hello@fursonasuit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and, for defective items, a prepaid label. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.
